Log in with your account, input lines for Account name and Password with Login button, and two web links Register and Forgot your password. The STO launcher has login input section. Click on any of those brings up your Web browser to the devs website. The STO launcher has web links for: News, Forum, Support, Account Guard, Release Notes, Facebook, Legal Terms, Licenses, the last three News items and a picture of the latest thing going on in STO. Hover your cursor on the light to get a text notice of Up or Down. Use the Server Status light to see if the servers are up or down. The STO launcher has a Server Status light on the top left hand edge, near the words Perfect World. Click Options to access all the troubleshooting tools and preferences. Memtest86 [ Use the Driver Sweeper in windows Safe mode and clean out any drivers you know your system does not need. Get these to make sure you have the latest and the right tools. BSoDs can be caused by poorly written device drivers or malfunctioning hardware, such as faulty memory, power supply issues, overheating of components, or hardware running beyond its specification limits. After doing that, re-seat your memory chips and video card and make sure those slots are clean. If it is dirty with caked dust, lint and fur, get a professional to clean it out or DIY. Make sure your computer is not infected by active malware. Try googling the problem and read the game devs forum. Make sure you are playing a game that was designed for your operating system. Make sure you are playing a game that you have better computer stats than the Minimum Requirements posted on the game's store page. Make sure you have good network connection from your game computer to the server that the online game is on. Buy and install some more fans for your computer tower to improve the airflow inside. Ensure you have good ventilation through your PC case, overheating the CPU and GPU is bad. Defrag the drive the game is installed on. Check your game install folder for any error logs that might lead you to the issue. Check for windows updates on critical updates and/or driver updates (shown as non-critical/optional) Check for the latest drivers for (Video, motherboard chipset, sound card, etc.) Check that you are not overclocking ANY hardware (CPU, chipset, memory, GPUs, etc.) higher than their stable point. Try the lowest graphics quality level, then work your way back up the higher graphics quality choices. Use the troubleshooting compatibility options in the Windows OS. Make sure your anti-malware program active defenses is not interferring with the game files. Make sure all the game's exes are in your PC's Firewall exceptions.
